Kaipātiki Ora
Kaipātiki Hot Springs provides access to the geothermal springs in the Parakai settlement. The waters at Kaipātiki Hot Springs are naturally heated from the earth’s core and are rich in minerals that create relaxing, spa-like experiences for all guests and whānau (families). Ora is our new dedicated wellness sanctuary, providing saunas, steam rooms, ice baths and a secluded space to truly unwind.

The natural wonders of the geothermal waters make for an unforgettable water play experience for tamariki (children) with indoor and outdoor pools, two thrilling hydro slides, private spas, an adults-only pool, and a heated open-air pool with a beach-style area.
